Japanese Lifting combined with innovative anti-age massage techniques
Japanese Lifting is a natural facial treatment that combines techniques from reflexology, facial massage, lymphatic drainage and acupressure. It is a holistic method that originated in Japan and aims to improve the appearance of the face without the use of surgery or injections.
The treatment involves various techniques that stimulate facial muscles, improve blood circulation, and promote lymphatic drainage. This can reduce puffiness, reduce wrinkles, and give the skin a healthier and more radiant glow. Japanese Lifting can also help to de-stress the body by working with the body’s energy pathways and zones.
Typically includes a Japanese lifting session:
- Facial massage: Using gentle but effective techniques to stimulate blood circulation and the lymphatic system.
- Reflexology: Stimulation of specific points on the face that are connected to the body’s organs to improve overall wellness.
- Lymphatic drainage: techniques to help the body remove accumulated fluid and toxins.
- Acupressure: Targeted pressure on specific points to balance the body’s energy and reduce tension.
Many people find that their skin looks fresher and more youthful after treatment, and it can also have a relaxing effect on the whole body.
In this course, we expand the Japanese Lifting with innovative massage techniques for a natural face lift, including cupping, Gua Sha and buccal massage.
Buccal massage is a technique where the therapist massages the facial muscles from inside the mouth. This is an in-depth massage that focuses on the muscles around the jaw, cheeks and lips, which can be difficult to reach from the outside.
This technique is often used to:
- Relieves tension in the jaw muscles: Especially helps people who suffer from jaw tension or bruxism (teeth grinding).
- Improve facial contours: By loosening tense muscles, it can accentuate the natural lines of the face and give a more lifted appearance.
- Increase blood circulation and lymphatic drainage: Can reduce swelling and provide healthier skin.
- Balance facial musculature: This can improve facial symmetry and alleviate asymmetry caused by muscle tension.
Buccal massage is performed with gloves to ensure hygiene and comfort for the client. The technique requires precision and knowledge of facial anatomy, so it is recommended that it is performed by a trained therapist.
In addition, you will learn how to analyze the face based on the meaning of the zones. The course also includes theoretical training in the zones and muscles of the face.
