The Psychology course will give you a basic knowledge and teach you to understand psychological concepts and mechanisms that every practitioner should be aware of.
You work independently on the individual topics, and each topic ends with a written assignment that must be approved. It is important that the answers in the assignments are your own words, copy/paste will not be approved. Then there is a short test that must be passed before moving on to the next topic.
At the end of the course is an online attendance exam.
Throughout the course, you have the opportunity to write to your teacher in our student intranet, who will help you if you encounter any problems.
Educational material
Teaching is based on the book “Health Psychology – An Introduction”.
The following topics are covered:
- Communication
- Conversation technique
- Body language
- Stress
- Personality psychology
- Crisis theory
- The psychological defense
- Developmental psychology
- The role of the therapist
Admission requirements
E-Learning Psychology is aimed at all alternative therapists. It is therefore not a requirement that you are a trained massage therapist to enroll in this course. You can start the course whenever it suits you, you can sign up via the button below.

Your study is valid and must be completed within 1 year.
Trained as a Physician Certified Physiurgical Massage Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist and Chair Massage Therapist with subsequent courses in sports injuries, trigger points, techniques for headaches and more. Susan teaches anatomy and the practical part of the massage therapy program. She also teaches chair massage and trigger points. Susan is also a judge at the DM & VM in massage.
