Payment

You will receive an invoice for your purchase which is paid by bank transfer. All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK).

Registration of courses and programmes – Right of withdrawal

Registration of courses and programmes is binding. When paying the deposit, you are thus obliged to pay the full amount.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the provision of that service, since it is a service relating to a leisure service specifying a specified period within the meaning of Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999. The Consumer Contract Act § 18(1) 2 no. 12.

Reservations are made for changes in dates within the period of the programme or course, as well as reservations for cancellation of programmes/courses due to insufficient registrations. If your team is not created, you will be offered a new start-up date or the full amount returned.

Absence

If you miss more than 20% of the classes, there is a requirement to take an examination from the full syllabus. This includes an extra practical exam in all taught treatment techniques, which costs DKK 1,000. However, you have the option to attend classes in any parallel running massage therapy courses (however, note that we only have one English class running at a time, all other classes are held in English).

Delivery

When registering for a course or programme, you will receive acceptance on your registration within 4 days of booking. This is done electronically by email, but in some cases also by telephone.

Privacy policy

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The store will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Teaching materials and ‘Copyright’

There is protection law on all material provided in connection with education at AM Academy in accordance with the ‘Order of copyright law’. All material is registered with ‘Copyright’, so the copyright goes to AM Academy.

It is therefore not permitted to produce or make available material for general, public performance or other professional purposes.

If a work is reworked or otherwise processed, including transferring it to another literary or art form, AM Academy continues to have copyright in the work in the new form, and AM Academy may have this at its disposal, by ensuring that the new work does not infringe the copyright of the original work.

AM Academy requires to be named if material is used in general, after approval by AM Academy.
