Register for this modular course, where you receive both modular training in treatment techniques, clinic guidance, and perform treatment on customers, to obtain training requirements for a total of 250 primary care lessons.

 

Teaching days are every Wednesday 

You choose which days suit you, so you can organize your course to fit into your everyday life. Each day of teaching counts  7 lessons and runs from 9 to 16.00.

 

A teaching day is structured as follows:

09.00 – 09.30 – Preparation
09.30 – 11.30 – Customer internship
11.30 – 12.3 – Lunch
12.30 – 13.30 – Modular training
13.30 – 15.30 – Customer internship
15.30 – 16.00 – Completion

Body massage and techniques

We undergo various massage techniques, according to desire and need.

Booking and record keeping

How to write a journal? What is important and what are the rules. We also review our booking system so everyone is comfortable booking, canceling and receiving payment for massage.

Ethics around massage
You are the professional! Therefore, knowledge and recommendations to the customer are important. When should we forward a customer? What is our most important task when we process and how do we find out? How is a customer received and terminated? The right meeting with the customer and good tips for re-booking. How do we act ethically correct towards our customers? What are “goes” and “No goes”?
Neck muscles
We review some of the important muscles in the neck, as well as treating these with practical exercises.
Work positions
We review correct working positions in relation to the challenges / injuries that we may have as therapists.
Connective tissue and cupping massage
Connective tissue is found throughout the body and should thus be an essential part of any massage treatment. In this module you will learn why it is so important to keep your connective tissue flexible, as well as learn how to use dynamic cupping in treatments.
Facial and scalp massage
Which points on the face are essential to massage and why? Where and how do tensions occur on the face and scalp, what do they go in and affect, and how do these tensions loosen?
Partial treatment
Here you learn to optimize your sub-treatments. We will review specific frequent issues, as well as learn techniques for some important muscles, among others. psoas, sternocleidomastoid.
Good manual stretches
We review various manual stretches that you can use to advantage in combination with, during and after any massage treatment.
Legal matters

General information about finances and rules for self-employed therapists. We will map selected legal issues that will affect your business.

A pregnancy can affect the body’s joints, muscles, hormone balance, psyche, etc. You learn in this model how to take special account of this, as well as when not to take into account.
