In this course, you’ll receive a thorough introduction to ear acupuncture, where you’ll learn the theory behind the method, practical needling techniques, and ready-to-use treatment protocols that you can apply directly in your clinic.
Ear acupuncture can be used as a supplement to many different forms of treatment and is a simple yet effective tool for supporting the body and promoting greater calm and balance.

- Safe and Proper Wiring Techniques
- Ready-to-use treatment protocols
- How Ear Acupuncture Can Be Combined with Other Treatments
- 5-point acupuncture, also known as NADA
5-point acupuncture is a simple and well-known method that uses five specific points in the ear. The method is often used to calm the nervous system and support the client in dealing with stress, anxiety, and imbalance, among other things.
The course is hands-on, so you’ll not only learn the theory but also gain practical experience. You’ll have the opportunity to practice under supervision so that you’ll feel confident using ear acupuncture after the course.
For whom?
This course is relevant for practitioners, massage therapists, body therapists, and others who wish to expand their toolkit to include ear acupuncture and 5-point acupuncture.
After completing the course, you’ll have a solid introduction to ear acupuncture and specific protocols that you can apply in your work with clients.
Upon completion of the course, a course certificate is issued that documents your achieved competencies. However, to ensure full completion of the training, it is a requirement that you attend all course days.

Who can participate?
The course is relevant for practitioners, healthcare professionals and others who want to add a simple yet powerful tool to their practice. You do not need prior knowledge of acupuncture to fully benefit from the course.

The course is 12 hours long and takes place over 3 evenings:

Teacher: Sabrina
Sabrina is a certified medical physical therapist and Musculupat practitioner, and she is also trained in ear acupuncture.
Sabrina teaches in our Spa Therapy and Medically Certified Physiotherapy Massage programs, as well as in Ear Acupuncture as part of the Musculupat program. In addition, Sabrina sees patients daily at our clinic, where ear acupuncture is incorporated into most of her treatments.
