Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
Become a certified Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. A specialist from Dr. Vodder Academy comes to AM Academy (DK) and teach Dr. Vodders Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD).
Language: This course is offered only in English.
Manual Lymph Drainage course consists of 100 hours of teaching in Dr. Vodders Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). This is the original Lymph Drainage education made by Dr. Vodder.
This is an unique opportunity to have this education in Denmark, because there are no approved teachers in Scandinavia. The teacher for this course will come from Austria to make the course here at AM Academy.
Lymph drainage is not only for lymphedema treatment, it is effective to som many other problems such as sprained ankle, whiplash, migraines tinnitus and many other things.
Step 1 is divided into 2 parts
Part 1 – MLD Theory
The first part consists of an online esay-to-follow Power Point slideshow, which contains basic theoretical knowlagde and concepts, and ends with an exam that must be passed in order for you to proceed to the practical part of Step 1.

Part 2 – MLD Practical
The practical part of Step 1 consists of 4 days of class teaching, where the basic Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) strokes is discussed, as well as how they are applied to the various body parts, including face, neck, neck, abdomen, chest, arms, buttocks and legs.
Step 2 – Applied MLD
To participate in Step 2, it is required that Step 1 has been completed.
You will learn about the clinical indications to use MLD, i.a. for whiplash, burns, migraines, tinnitus, reflex dystrophy, strokes, ect.
Special techniques are taught for treating conditions such as sprained ankle, knee joint prosthesis, cruciate ligament surgery, frozen shoulders and hip disorders.
Step 2 ends with an exam.
If you pass this, you will receive a diploma in MLD in Practice from Dr. Vodder Academy / School – International.
Dates
on the 10th of october 2023 you will get access to Step 1 part 1 Power Point (e-learning), there will be an exam that you have to pass latest the 10th of november 2023, to get access to rest of the course.
Step 1 part 2: D. 13. – 16. november 2023

Registration
When registering, you register for both Step 1 and Step 2. The total price is DKK 18,500.
With a max. of 18 attending, the registration closes when the team is full.
Upon registration you must pay a deposit of DKK 3,500 and the rest will be paid 1 month before starting.
